Per their website the self service fuel pump is "right off B-1 taxiway." This is wrong information because the self service is much closer to the FBO (off of N4). Apparently they're getting new pumps but it was a pain to locate in the dark.

Terrible FBO experience. Price gouging is evident!! I will certainly not return. The employees were great, however, the management is absolutely awful!!!

Excellent FBO. Friendly staff and good service. I visit OSH a bit and Basler is definitely top ten percent of FBOs.

10/10 excellent service I have ever received at any FBO. Superb amenities, wonderful people, and very accommodating. Used the crew car to head over to the EAA Museum and grab dinner. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed with this FBO.

The FBO has various amenities and good service; it was a clean building and there was plenty of staff willing to answer any of our questions. Fueled the plane up while we used one of the multiple crew cars available to visit the EAA Museum and grab lunch. Great place :)

Dropped in to use the bathrooms and file a flight plan home. Didn't need anything but the staff were very helpful. Nice facilities. PA-28R

Arrived to an empty building with all exterior doors propped open. Waited around for 20 minutes before leaving to get lunch. Came back a couple hours later, still not a soul in site. Nobody answered the phone. Finally tracked down a line guy sitting low in his chair wearing pajamas. Sprayed fuel all over me and my windows.
