Called ahead, specifically asked about all fees for staying overnight with a small piston aircraft. Was quoted $10 landing and $35 handling. The handling fee was waived with a 10 gallon fuel purchase. Since we were in a tailwheel, we had to manage all the handling ourselves; they lack the equipment to service tailwheels. Upon departure the next morning, we were charged a $37 overnight fee which was not mentioned during the phone call. Staff performance was amazing, but this feels like the usual Signature tactic of accumulating excessive charges for us "small operators."

Shocked. $1020 handling for an Excel on a medical mission. Pouring rain. They didn't ask for anything to keep the line folks dry -- they spent 45 seconds with us. Couldn't tell me fees because the internet was down. Not sure why ORF charges higher fees than Chicago Midway or Raleigh... not happy.

$10 landing fee in a small Piper Archer, other fees waived if you purchase fuel. Super nice FBO though.

Extra big thank you to the folks at Signature. I'm in a four seat single and was treated as though I landed in a G6! I parked for a few nights, I got an oil change, and was treated to hangar space. They graciously gave me a complementary shuttle over to the main terminal. Additional thanks to Stephanie and Jalen at the front desk. Hope to see you soon!
