Excellent fuel stop on a bitter cold day in 30 kt winds. Line crew was eager and helpful.

Flew in June 4. Called ahead a few days prior regarding fees. No fees. They also provided good info regarding car rental. Full service was excellent. Friendly service! Hangar fee was $58 (single engine). They did start a 2% credit card transaction fee for credit card payments. I was very happy with their customer service. Rental cars - Columbus auto mart is a very good option. They’ll bring the car to the FBO (call ahead very much suggested) and you can drop it off there too (they pick it up). $40 / day with 100 miles per day free. $.25 per mile above. Dave was great to work with.

Surprised today about the $15 ramp fee, disclosed to us 20 minutes after landing when we were getting ready to leave after a brief pit stop. They offered a 5 gallon fuel purchase as an alternative, but by then we were getting ready to depart. No mention was made about business versus pleasure trip (we were on a practice trip and not a business trip). This surely discourages return visits.

Poor customer service. Stopped in to inquire about flight instructors in the area to complete my multi engine instrument rating. The individual at the counter was unaware and directed me to speak with, I assume, the FBO manager. That manager was on the phone for half an hour complaining about the city overcharging the FBO and discussing low fuel sales.
