Sheltair rules the ramp at KOCF. They maintain the self-serve facility and hangars. There is a small fee for ramp use as they prove themselves worthy with superb customer service inside and out. Fresh cookies, coffee available upon request with a well equipped pilot lounge, print services, private shower, TV, Briefing area and everything else. Crew cars are available with choice of three major car-rental companies too. Airport management is responsive and co-located in the same building with usual City office hours.

Amazing place...stop in. Excellent people and great facility.

In a 2 seat aircraft over $20 just for a stop at the restaurant. Will not be returning.

Flew in on the way back from Sun n Fun to have lunch with a friend. I would highly recommend the food at Elevation 89. Shelterair charged us $20 to park our single engine piston on their ramp for an hour or so- that's crazy.

Not known or widely publicized there are after our fees if you arrive after the facility has closed it's a double charge of $95 something to be mindful of, total additional fee of $195.70 absent of this I found the facility and the people very nice and people friendly
