Update - I emailed with the Kaiser manager and he agreed that line and service folks can/should warn customers about the no-fuel fee (and offered to refund it for me). So... I am optimistic that things will improve.

Beware the Kaiser gotcha facility fee - I paid $150 for my Aztec because of not buying fuel. Turns out it's only 10 gallons needed to waive the facility fee so I felt foolish and upset that I didn't realize this would occur. Total charges for 5 hours of parking and using the restroom twice was $293.86. That's $58.86 for landing, $150 penalty for not purchasing fuel, $65 for parking, and $20 for unlisted "fees". I will be avoiding Kaiser in the future when I can.

Good FBO but Uber can’t get to you without going through a security gate (Gate N). I ended up just walking out to the road after the driver couldn’t locate me.

Flew in for an afternoon meeting and parked the single engine Cessna for 5 hrs. Staff very accommodating however fees were unreasonably high; $49 facility fee + $40 parking (5 hrs?) + $66.45 landing fee (this goes to the airport authority). By comparison Signature would have been $35 facility + $5 handling and same landing. I’ll be going to Signature next time.

Flew in in a DA62. Line crew was quick and began fueling just minutes after putting in our order. They did however put the caps on backwards. Front desk employees weren’t very friendly or helpful over the radio. All in all just an average experience.

Landing fee 63.93 for C177. Facility fee 49 waived with 10gal.
