Definitely the best FBO @ KNEW. Everyone is on top of their job. This was our second time flying Bonanza into KNEW and Flightline First. I don't know where the self serve 100LL is as no one has ever told me so I'm not sure why they advertise that price. Apparently there is an EVENT FEE ($200) if you are going to the Sugar Bowl. That was a surprise because they didn't charge that in September. They prefer you call ahead. Just inquire about fees.

As always, a great FBO and a wonderful airport for Nola.

Earlier this year, I visited Flightline First at KNEW in a Bonanza to see family. The service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. The CSR even gave my grandpa a ride on the golf cart so he could see us depart. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return!

Excellent service, polite and professional.

Arrived Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Staff was very attentive, fueled up and helped put the cover on the aircraft. Excellent Service, friendly staff.
