FBO was excellent. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Surprise bill from the airport for a landing fee. They use Vector, which uses ADS-B to send a bill that I could have paid while on site. Quite annoying. I will use Katama in the future.

GA fee was $0 < 3 hrs, then $10. They parked us quite far away for what seemed like no reason (only a few jets nearby). Fee was waived with about 16 gallons fuel uplift. Staff were friendly, but no courtesy cars unfortunately. There is no code for the ramp access, so they must buzz you in. The shuttle bus goes directly to the terminal (it is a short walk). Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful. There is a restaurant located on site. They have a pilots lounge too. Overall, a decent FBO experience.

Great place and nice folks. Only complaint was the overnight fee being charged “on a calendar basis” which means I landed at 4 pm one day, left at 9 am the next morning, and was charged for two days. First time I’d ever encountered being charged for two nights when I stayed just one.

Awesome FBO, excellent/friendly staff and very helpful! Called on Unicom about 10 minutes out and they gave instructions on where to go. Was greeted on the GA ramp with a marshaller and golf cart ride to the building. Would certainly recommend! (Flying C172)
