Incredibly modern & clean FBO building w/ everything needed. No dedicated airport manager but they still seem quite capable of providing a safe, comfortable destination or diversion option with an RNAV (GPS) approach procedure if you need to get in during IMC days. Although, I'm not certain why this IAP is NA at night, but that's hopefully in the works to mitigate. Things that are already in the works are hangars for rent (exceedingly rare up here), runway extension, a 2nd RNAV IAP, snow plow!
