Sarah and Bill are great and attentive to our passengers need as well as us crew. Our flight attendant needed a few extra items and the provided that without hesitation. Line service was Johnny on the spot with ice and our refrigeration bags. It's always a please coming to Signature MSP.

Communication is terrible. We suggest anyone bringing in their jet or piston aircraft call ahead to confirm if the fuel trucks are operational. It is best to wait for them to complete fueling before leaving to get lunch or anything else, just to ensure the fueling actually happens. Otherwise, you risk being delayed 30 to 45 minutes past your scheduled departure time, waiting for them to finish fueling. Oh, and they might ask you 7 to 10 times how much fuel you require even after writing it down twice.

Stopped in yesterday to get fuel and pax. Excellent facility. I called a couple hours prior to our arrival and requested to have some newspapers put aside for us. We arrived and they had us topped off in 10 minutes. Went inside and she greeted us and had our newspapers saved. Very nice staff. Upstairs is a really nice pilot lounge with locker rooms, snacks, drinks, and a great view to watch departures. They even had donuts. Building is very modern and clean. Excellent experience for my first time here- Thanks!
