Stopped in to drop off two Angel flight passengers. The FBO staff were very helpful with the luggage and drove the passengers to a local hotel.

Azure Flight Support staff: excellent! The local Smyrna Enterprise Rent-A-Car: terrible. They failed to deliver the vehicle promptly. Had to borrow a crew car to take passengers to their destination. When the rental car was finally delivered, no keys were provided! The keys arrived later, but the car was dirty and smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. It was impossible to reach the Smyrna Enterprise office by phone to arrange a vehicle swap. After finishing the rental and returning the vehicle, I found I had been overcharged. This was poorly managed and dishonest. STAY AWAY!

I was treated very well on a fuel stop. In and out, very quick, I will be back.

Be aware of the unpublished fee of 20 dollars for a single piston engine if parking and don’t need any fuel. Taxi 50 more yards to Hollingshead Aviation, they don’t have a greedy unfair gotcha after you shut down. Looks like that’s where I will be going even if fuel is needed from now on. The purpose of this comment is that hopefully someone reads this and it doesn’t happen to them.

Fuel is 50% higher than anything nearby and fees have changed to a daily rate, 4x previous. Call, confirm and check again after arrival as fees are changed continuously
