The “fill up” key has been disabled on self serve fuel terminal.

07/19/23. Stopped by for fuel and lunch in town. Used the Crew Car from Airborne Aviation Services for the short drive. Everybody was polite and friendly and the FBO nicely air conditioned. But... Buying fuel was another matter. I selected the “Fill-Up” choice on the dispenser. After I finished my transaction, the machine was out of paper, so I got no receipt. When I got back home I reviewed my credit card and saw a pending charge of $3500 from the FBO. If you purchase fuel, AVOID using the fill-up option.

The “fill up” key at our location was customized to allow the customer to purchase over 500 gallons of fuel. It will put a $3500.00 hold on the credit card until the transaction is completely processed. Normally this takes 1 to 2 business days to be reconciled. This option was for our Helibase large transport helicopters and fuel trucks that need service. We have since disabled the “fill up” key so it is no longer available or an option.

03/27/2021 Visited today with client’s new aircraft, with whom I am model/make training. Really impressed, meeting with a superb FBO and staff. An extremely good experience and so pleased with their facility. Thank you for a truly wonderful visit- May you remain at this beautiful airport as custodian and ambassador.
