All of the staff is friendly and the customer service is exceptional. You will get excellent support here with not only fuel, but the extras too.

The staff here are very dedicated to provide good service. They offered me immediate fuel and oil plus overnight hangar. They also arranged for hotel with hotel Shuttle picking me up. Great experience- Extremely helpful people. Enjoyed my visit to Minot.

Ride share (Uber/Lyft) options are available to and from the hotel. A courtesy car can be used to visit the Dakota Aviation Museum.

As an aerial mapping pilot, I based out of AvFlight Minot for a few weeks. They consistently provided exceptional customer service. It started with arranging for a low cost rental car and discounted hotel rates, and providing a list of recommended places to eat. Each day I was greeted with friendly smiles and quick refueling. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this FBO!

Stopped in while flying a single engine turboprop on our way to Calgary. I was treated like absolute royalty! Rachel (and team) really went out of their way to take care of us. This is truly the way customer service should be. We won’t hesitate to stop back when we’re through this way again!
