Piper Archer $78 for 6 hours, $20 handling fee and I parked and chocked myself, $50 parking over 2 hours, absolute greed. Atlantic is just as bad---

These guys are absolutely great. So helpful and friendly. Line guys are tops. Customer service went the extra mile. They have won our business any time we are at KMMU.

Flew an aircraft from FL to CT and stopped in at Signature to drop off a passenger. I provided a 20 min heads up on the ASRI and to anticipate a quick turn. Upon arrival I was greeted by no one on the ramp. I was then suddenly confronted by an impolite and upset line technician after a short wait, who signaled me to shut down. He approached dangerously near the propeller and was very discourteous to my passenger. My passenger reported the incident to management but was still assessed a ramp fee. I will absolutely not come back here. 2/10

Normally I'm not a big fan of Signature, but the staff at KMMU were fantastic. Very friendly and responsive line service - one person even tracked me down inside to inform me that he thought he noticed an issue with the aircraft. It ended up being fine but I really appreciated the notification. The CSRs behind the counter were also very polite and helpful. I have only positive comments about this stop!

Flew in the other day for quick restroom stop that ended up costing me $96. Front desk employee called it a handling fee. The line guy only put a set of chocks on the aircraft. Complete rip off. Did not even spend 5 minutes inside of the FBO. Most expensive restroom stop I have ever had.
