Visited family over weekend and staff very friendly and helpful. Fuel a little high but no tie down fee with fill so it evened out. Will go there again when I visit.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very helpful during an overnight stop on a ferry trip. Highly recommended.

Stopped by for a day — not what it used to be. They’ve opened a new facility in Sioux Falls and it appears most of the attention and resources are being focused there. Called ahead yet no indication of where to park when I arrived. Not all the marked parking spots have tie down hooks and no rope or chain is provided. The staff was friendly but generally unhelpful. Upon leaving there was no one at the front counter and the manager seemed displeased to have to assist me in paying the bill.

Fuel prices are more than a dollar higher than posted anywhere else. If they can update the price at the pump, they should be able to update it online. A terrible way to conduct business.

Second time visiting Oracle while in town for a few days. Staff were very friendly. They called me one night to ask if I wanted my 172 hangared for the night due to the NWS severe wx warning. It was $75 for the night but I suppose better-safe-than-sorry, and they asked permission before doing so. I’ll be back on my next visit to Omaha.

Flew in for Thanksgiving week in my clubs C172. Amazing FBO. Great line guys, clean facility, and cheep gas. Would highly recommend this to anyone and look forward to flying back in.
