Excellent service. We stopped in for an impromptu dinner at the beach late on a summer evening and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, helped with crew car and stayed a bit late after closing to make sure we made it out. Highly recommended.

Everything you want in an FBO. I needed a fuel stop from east coast to ND. I Emailed ahead and they had the fuel truck rolling before the engine stopped. The quickest of quick turns only delayed by my shopping spree in their gift shop full of creative aviation stocking stuffers and grandkids Swag. Service so good I stopped by on the return, same great professional response. CAA prices, midwestern hospitality.

A superb FBO! A week before our arrival, I sent an email with a couple of questions; the response was prompt and quite helpful. Thus, upon arrival, we were greeted by name and welcomed with professionalism. The overnight stay was quite enjoyable.

As a new pilot, this was one of my first stops for a family trip and it was fantastic! Even on a very busy day, the team was prompt to taxi us in and the fuel truck arrived just as we were shutting down. Super clean FBO, very nice crew cars and a welcoming staff made for an incredible experience. We will definitely return!

My greatest thanks to Bob and team for taking excellent care of us yesterday. We flew in to take our daughters to Michigan Adventure. Highly recommend.

You can’t get anyone from FBO on the phone. They have a virtual call center that answers their calls. Super annoying, I would recommend that FBO gets rid of that service.
