Outstanding service! I flew in to get the Fly Wi Passport stamp and they treated me like I would expect from a small town FBO. Helpful, kind, and not bothered by the fact I wasn't a jet. Even if you are just passing through it is worth the stop. The staff was outstanding and a beautiful building too.

MKE Signature surprised us with excellent 24/7 customer service with no extra charges for pax returning 1015pm. AvFlight CAA FBO wanted after hour fees (not unexpected), then said same fee would be charged but no FBO access. We moved to Signature where CSR very helpful, even gave us a fuel discount. Charges at Signature, even at retail, were less than AvFlight CAA FBO fuel and fees. Nice to see "captured audience" syndrome not present at this Signature location.

NOT an FBO for GA! Landed at KMKE on one of the coldest winter days and the two other FBO's had their fuel trucks freeze up, not their fault. Signature was our last option for fuel, and they refused to give any even though they had plenty because they were saving it for local customers. We were fuel critical, so we had to make tough decision to make a short hop to another airport. I will never give Signature money again. They are a terrible company.

Stopped overnight last night. All line personnel and desk personnel were very nice. They got what we needed very quickly as well. Emma and Cindy were the only two names I got. Excellent stop!
