I called today to inquire about fees and services, and I felt clearly they were not interested in my business.

Had a wonderful experience at this Signature, specifically because of a particular line worker. Derek M. is exceptional at his job! He is very personable and his aviation knowledge is excellent. Excellent mid continent trip stop. Best fuel prices in the area, and the unstaffed FBO building is tidy, spotless, and inviting. Self serve is simple to operate, plenty of fuel. Heads up if you're in a larger thirsty twin - locally based ASEL pilots get in and out faster and might not view a Twin as equal to 2x - 3x the fuel load of a single, so they may get stacked up. Smile and just keep fueling.

Fuel trucks unreliable and down. Ended up having to taxi across field to get self serve fuel and they still charged overnight fees.

We called in a Jet A fuel order and departure time the day before and they still hadn't fueled the aircraft. Our passengers waited an hour while the fueling happened in the rain. Quite disappointing, especially given the premium you pay to park on their ramp.

Do not come here, they do not offer any services to GA anymore.
