Fantastic FBO. I have travelled through Sacramento a number of times and this is a rather quiet airport compared to SAC executive and the line personnel and the FBO staff are super friendly and prompt. Also excellent hotels down the road if it's your final stop for the day.

Today, we parked at Modern Aviation and spent approximately 15 minutes in the FBO. When we prepared to depart, the staff member at the counter inquired: "How did you wish to settle the $30.00 facilities' charge?". I thought, that is quite expensive! She then informed me the charge would be waived if I purchased 10 gallons of fuel. The fuel price was elevated, but it was certainly the most economical choice. Perhaps I am disconnected from current pricing, but to my mind, a $30.00 "facility fee" is excessive. I will not return.

Waited for an hour for Jet A fuel, they only had one person operating the truck.

Great line guys, fast service. Very disappointed by the lack of a popcorn machine or soft serve machine.

They require a 2 hour call out for any services and take 45 minutes to start fueling if you don’t, and they can be hard to get ahold of on the phone. They charge way higher prices than advertised and have very high landing and handling fees. They changed my monthly hanger fee without notifying me and told me that they were having email issues for not telling me. They have a very high line service turnover, and former employees tell me that management is awful and only care about money. They tried to monopolize the Sac area, but I’m glad that a new locally owned FBO opened up at Mather
