Stopped in for breakfast at the Cafe with a couple friends. After, we saw a really nice plane parked at the hangars. Went to check it out and talk airplanes with the owner. The Hutt employee driving the fuel truck hauls over and stops me in the truck. Asks if I flew in. Pointed at our planes. He then says you cannot just walk around the airport. If you don't know someone in the hangars you are not allowed. First non international airport that wouldn't let pilots go visit- Will never use Hutt.

Dropped off passengers today right before the snow flurries began at 12:45. The ground crew were very responsible to my fueling needs and placed the aircraft in the hanger immediately upon my request. The employees seemed very congenial and were friendly while we waited for the snow to subside and visibility to improve.

Easily worst FBO experience in 30 years of flying. Called the day prior to confirm reservation and rental car. After landing called then three times over the radio and no answer. Since it was 96 degrees and I didn’t want my airplane moved I found a tie down spot and called them. They told me that since I wasn’t parked on their ramp, (and should have known better since I’ve been there before) they weren’t going to help me. They also told me that not only was my rental car not there, but they weren’t going to give me one of the ones they did have because “you’re not a customer.” Rental car company eventually brought my car over and met me at the restaurant. Actually ended up saving a bunch of money since the rate through enterprise was about $40/day cheaper and I bought SS fuel and no tie down fee but I can’t remember the last time I had an experience like that with an FBO. Their rudeness and complete apathy is fortunately rare in this business.

I am in their community hangar and am very happy with Hutt Aviation. Jade and Chris provide excellent line service, roll out the red carpet for me, and always offer to help me with my luggage. They have rental cars onsite and the cafe is next door.
