Oh my Gosh! What a Cool FBO. This was our 1st time at LVK and 5 Rivers. Everyone was so nice and treated us like we just arrived in a Gulfstream, going out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Loved all the aviation decor. We will definitely be back!

Can't recommend Five Rivers in good faith. Line crew pumped 30 gallons over wing into my aircraft without bonding the truck to the plane. When I told him about it he literally shrugged and said, "ehh it's been sitting overnight." This lack of line tech training is hazardous in my opinion.

Crew car is $75 per day, or complimentary for two hours maximum (April 2025).

I highly recommend Five Rivers. I was marshaled in by Line Guy Justin. He was very helpful with unloading all of my passengers baggage. He came back after showing my passengers to their rental car, to see if I needed any assistance. The CSR's were very friendly and helpful. These people seem to really care and love their job.

Don't expect the red carpet treatment in a piston aircraft. No tie downs next to the FBO. When inquired, the line crew offered some wooden chocks. Had to have the aircraft fueled twice as the line crew missed 3 of the 4 tanks. Facility is nice but I wouldn't consider the staff to be overly accommodating. Overnight fee charged even with fuel purchase.
