Donna was amazing for helping us out when getting in late with a courtesy car and jet a!

This is a fantastic airport. We have been working in the area and utilizing this facility. The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful. We were here over Labor Day weekend, and although the FBO was closed, the manager opened the facility for us. Everyone has been extremely helpful, catering to whatever we need (or may need in the future). They do have a courtesy car, and there is an incredible BBQ joint less than a mile away. If you're in the area, it is definitely worth a stop in.

My wife and I flew in and Matt as well as his crew was there to meet us. I had reached out to him via E-mail to confirm ground transport. The reply was almost immediate and he had a vehicle that would fit the three of us. Ground operations were very smooth with moving and fueling the aircraft and good conversations about the airport. The town was nice to walk around and see the sights. We will return shortly. Thanks to everyone in Laurel who were very friendly and excellent hosts.

Clean facility and quiet facility. I arrived on a Saturday and was told that the courtesy car is only available on weekdays. The lineman seemed disappointed not to be able to help and attempted to contact the manager to request an exception but could not reach them. Hopped down to KPIB and U.S. Aviation was fortunately able to assist us. Just frustrating to drive right back past KLUL to go to Laurel.
