Time for an update since the most recent comment is now out of date. The flooding issues are totally gone, thanks to a multi year mitigation project that saw improvements to the airport and adjoining land. This allows the water to flow downhill to the Wisconsin river. My cell provider, Verizon, now has two bar reliable service for flight plans. And if you come while the restaurant is open, they have decent internet to achieve the same goal.
