I called to inquire about tie-down charges. I was informed the cost was $36 per night. Furthermore, there is no discount when purchasing fuel. These rates remain constant from Monday through Sunday. The representative on the phone claimed they offered the lowest rates at the airport. I have not verified this claim by calling other services.

Ramp fees are MUCH HIGHER than what is posted on FF. Single engine shown as $15.50, but in May 2024, I was billed $38.79 with tax for a Cirrus SR22. Fraudulent advertising. Tie down ropes are frayed and in poor condition. Self park, no bottled water, no help with luggage. Not a good value.

Single engine overnight parking was listed as $15.50 but I was charged $31.50 per night. I wrote FBO 2 (TWO) emails asking for confirmation of the current charges but received no response.

Five-star excellent service provided by Tarek! We were very pleased with his service and plan to return again soon to this wonderful airport near Palm Beach.

Great FBO, had a very good experience. Aaron was very nice and answered all my questions on the phone, and when I got there. I had to come pick up a passenger from West Palm Beach, and this FBO was the cheapest solution for my C172.
