Landed at KLGA, the line personnel were helpful and fueled the aircraft swiftly. The line crew drove the team over to the FBO, where the fuel cost a little over $2000.00; subsequently paying for the fuel, I proceeded to the pilot's lounge, only to be asked to leave the Pilot's Lounge so that TSA could conduct pre-screening. Personnel at the FBO were quite pleasant, but Modern Aviation is a rather inadequate FBO. They compromise customer service to facilitate TSA pre-screening, primarily because of limited space.

They are slow with everything. Understaffed at the CSR desk and only have one other person running to and from the jets. Plan for extra time if you use Modern Aviation.

Parking costs $55 for every 8 hours!

Apparently you have to be on property for them to fuel your plane, not too much of an FBO especially for the cost

Modern Aviation did a GREAT job. Flew in today in a Piper Arrow and was met with prompt service, a shuttle to the FBO from parking, a clean facility, and friendly staff. Fee was to be expected, but everyone here is awesome. Would recommend.
