Visited 10/3 for a quick business meeting in town. Excellent facilities, nice ramp and desk crew. Was able to borrow the crew car and that was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rick Aviation!

No Contract Fuel

We landed due to an engine problem and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The line guys were right there checking to see if we were OK and offered us any help that we needed. The desk staff was equally friendly and helpful and gave us the contact info for a great repair shop right on the airport. They loaned us a crew car to go get lunch while we waited for the maintenance shop to meet with us. Although the plane had enough power for us to taxi it over to the shop for the repairs, Rickenbacker staff offered to tow us over if needed. a week later when the repairs were completed, we had the plane brought back to them for storage for a few days because we could not fly it out right away.. Short and simple, the people at Rickenbacker are friendly, helpful and do all they can to make your stop there as pleasant as possible. This is a beautiful, new FBO with great people who do all they can to be friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone passing through the area.

Stopped and stayed overnight. Excellent facility, although slightly understaffed, so you might experience a small wait.
