They have gotten lazy and the customer service has dropped considerably. They won't marshal aircraft correctly on a busy ramp, expecting you to taxi your wing over other wings without wing walkers. They also won't chock your plane properly and will give you attitude any time you ask for assistance. This is unacceptable when my company flies in multiple times a week.

Excellent service and friendly agents. We flew in Friday and out Monday after the big win by TTU over BYU. Everyone treated us so nicely and the aircraft was ready to go this morning. We will return!

I had hopes that things would improve with Million Air taking over. But still the same lack of organization. We are here for every home game and several non-game days. I get today was extremely busy and they were doing the best they could with the staff on hand. They should have brought in more staff from other locations. I put in my fuel order as soon as we landed around 8:45, I reminded them twice and as of 1450 still no fuel. But they fueled several other aircraft that landed after us.

Nice place, was really busy when we landed but they accommodated us. Affordable fuel. Nice FBO. On departure they had my jet pulled up to the door. Superb service for a great fuel price. Definitely will return here. Simple in and simple out on top of it!

I have had issues with fueling our King Air several times. One occasion I requested a quick turn, and upon arrival, the staff were just standing around. I had to approach line service to inquire if they intended to fuel us. Eventually, they attended to the task. Another instance, I phoned the night prior requesting fuel. I specified the need to be fueled by 0600. I arrived at 0630 and still no fuel. They barely managed to fuel us before the passengers arrived. Generally, the staff are pleasant, just not very efficient.
