Be aware of the new hourly ramp fees.

A quick shout out for Atlantic and Staff. Fees where 1/3 of what Signature quoted and service was excellent. We arrived in a Cirrus and although we got stuck due to weather, Jasmin and the whole team were so gracious and accommodating. A crew car for a quick lunch, one failed departure, two top offs and a nicely appointed lounge got us through the day. Thank you everyone!!

Atlantic scuffed our Citation V deice boots on both wings. The morning of departure the line manager inspected the aircraft and advised me the manager would call me later in the week. He did call and beat around the bush for a few minutes explaining his ramp cameras aren't good enough to determine if they scuffed the boots. He talked with the fuelers and they said they didn't do it. He basically called me a liar. The boots had been completely dressed a few days before and fueled only once.

I've been coming here for many years and the service has declined while the prices have gone way up. "Special event fee" that is not so special is just reaching into your pocket and still charging extortion prices for fuel. The event fee is the final straw. Atlantic is added to the black list of "avoid at all cost" FBO's.

Solid bunch of Crooks, looks like every week is a "special" event at Atlantic KLAS. $1300+ per day "special event fees". When I asked what the event was, they didn't even know. Atlantic pricing across the country is out of line, the service never matches the cost. No standardized training or safety standards in my experiences. Well go to HND just to avoid Atlantic.
