Nice FBO. Did customs right by the ramp and a short taxi over to Avflight. ATC was awesome too. FBO was well equipped and friendly staff. Fuel is pricey but they provided good service. Customs processing was seamless and pleasant to handle. I would stop here again.

Memorial Day weekend, Saturday 9am: door locked, another pilot waiting to be pulled out of a hanger said "good luck finding someone" but at least they let me in. Coffee made, bathrooms clean - but nobody working. Instructor walking through said this is normal - the FBO "is dead." No self serve either. Waited an hour then flew 7min south to KTEW for self serve. Super irritating.

Excellent friendly service. Did not get fuel so there is a $12 handling fee for SE piston aircraft, which is entirely worth it for the service level provided. Courtesy car is available. I will certainly return.

Emily did such a great job getting me a last minute rental car in a pinch. My appointment was cancelled when I was in the air so I didn't even end up using the rental, but she was gracious and took care of unwinding the rental car. Highly recommended!

Flew to KLAN to do some quick shopping. Fantastic FBO services; clean, nice amenities, and easy to taxi to. Extremely kind staff, very helpful, and 100% professional. Two courtesy cars available (first come first serve). Will definitely be returning!

This is a fine FBO. Crew car available as well. Ten minute drive to the university.
