Great stop for a long Xcountry.! Beautiful ride in and views on approach. Stopped for full fuel load, used the courtesy car to grab late lunch on a Sunday and purchased a T-shirt before departing. A local pilot even donated a couple quarts of oil when I stopped after hours and was unable to purchase some. Fantastic stop and friendly folks; definitely recommend.

Excellent facility. Courtesy car can be reserved. Super friendly staff. Visited the museums there. Highly recommend this location.

New fuel farm on the main ramp in front of the terminal building. Self-serve 100LL and JetA available 24/7.

Los Alamos AvGas, Inc. ceased operations effective Oct. 22, 2024. Los Alamos County has built a new fuel farm that will begin operations shortly.

Difficult self service pump to reach. Price is outrageous. Easier to fuel at KSAF.

This is a very nice airport in an out of the way place. Check fuel prices before going if you can. There have been some discrepancies on the 100LL. I stopped there on the way back from Oshkosh and had trouble with starter. I thought I was thoroughly stuck but I found a mechanic who took a look. It took a little while but he got me started.
