Previously, we've had adequate service here. But this time, the line service said they were unable to empty the lavatory. No one notified us; we were sitting inside before we went to the hotel overnight. When we came out, obviously the lavatory and the cabin smelled awful. This morning, we requested lavatory service two more times. Finally, they sent out a different person, who was able to empty the lavatory with a little effort. Dreadful service this time.

Ended up parking myself after waiting for line crew with no response on Unicom (Saturday afternoon). They also no longer waive a night fee with fuel purchase as of October 2025. On departure, they had moved my aircraft and when I asked where it was located, I was told it was fine if I go walk around to locate it. Thanks. First FBO I haven't tipped a line crew member in 10 years. Never interacted with one.

It's a solid FBO with good and consistent service, but the 100LL prices are really high and they keep climbing. It's not hard to find fuel for 40% less in the area, but Contour, with no competition, is charging premium prices at a small delta airport (you pay the Nashville tourist tax, essentially).

Very good line service, fast with fuel delivery and so on. But be prepared to pay a lot for 100LL, wow.

Good staff. Busy spot. Just a heads up for reference, foreflight shows hangar for a single turboprop (meridian) at 250 a day. Their actual charge is 400 a day.
