Superb FBO, fantastic personnel, simple arrival and departure. Excellent trip to Joplin. Lunch at Babe's Drive in (quite close to the airport) was spot on, it's a neighborhood diner. Observation: The best vehicle rental is Hertz which is situated at the Terminal. If reserved with sufficient lead time, they might have the vehicle staged at the FBO; they suggest a minimum of one business day notice. We utilized the courtesy vehicle to reach the terminal to collect our rental, a minor hold-up but everything functioned well enough.

Amazing and VERY friendly staff. Stopped for gas unplanned and used the conf room for a few conf calls. Great people nice FBO. This was true customer service.

Excellent experience tonight at Mizzou. Ground control mistakenly directed us to the old FBO, but a bit of walking was beneficial anyway. The line personnel were superb regarding taking the fuel request and arranging a vehicle. Facilities are tidy and spotless, a very welcoming FBO to be honest. I will certainly make this my stopping point when I am in the region. Mooney

Had to land at Joplin due to a mechanical issue. The staff at Mizzou Aviation took care of me very quickly. I would recommend them.

Was ferrying my LSA low and slow cross-country and the personnel at Mizzou Aviation were awesome! Helpful flagman when taxiing in and immediate fuel offered on shut down; they were careful not to overfill, too, which was much appreciated. Friendly staff inside, good crew car—and they found hangar space for me for a few days when I got held up. Would return to JLN and Mizzou in a heartbeat!!
