Staff are nice, ownership must be anther story. Maybe a small thing but when all you can provide is powdered creamer, like you're so cheap you can't even get some of those mini ones that don't even have to be refrigerated, something is wrong with you. Says a lot. Pilot lounge is decent.

We bought 60,000 lbs of fuel and they said they couldn't provide any refreshments for the crew. "If we knew you were coming we could have had something" but we called 3 hours earlier and they certainly knew we were arriving.

Extremely inefficient and slow. Would not take a fuel order the evening before departure and required more than an hour to fuel in the morning, which delayed our takeoff. It appears they know that no pilot chooses to come here.

For a world class airport this FBO was somewhat disappointing. The interior felt a bit rundown and sad. A security cage separates you from the front desk personnel. However, the staff was genuinely friendly. The clearance delivery frequency was obstructed by structures. I needed to taxi to the far end of the non-movement area just to get reception. A $125 fee was charged for a quick turn after peak hours (around 10pm?).
