Landed after declaring emergency due to lost alternator while IFR. FBO was very helpful in finding a mechanic and providing a crew car (a Mercedes SUV). Cannot overstate how friendly and helpful everyone was. After repair by Edmunds, who fit us in and did great work, we were on our way later that day. FBO facilities are very nice. Will make this my new cross-country stop.

A perfect example of an FBO experience....in town for some quick business. Was offered the Courtesy Car. April was so accommodating looking out for any needs that might arise before departure. Thank you all for providing an excellent experience that should be the standard for all FBO's.

What a FANTASTIC group of folks here at Arkansas Air Center! Everyone is friendly, polite, helpful. I was in the area for work and they accommodated me and two other coworkers with hangar space and all of the full services one would expect for a biz jet. Come check them out.

Flew in this week for a few days of duck hunting and this FBO was awesome. Staff was extremely helpful and even found hanger space for my Cirrus. Pulled it right to the front door when we arrived back at the FBO like we were in a G6. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
