KITR is such an enjoyable destination, especially with welcoming people like Zach, in the office. He happily allowed me use of a crew car so I could grab a delicious Mexican lunch in town.

First time here for a gas and go stop. Nobody around on a weekday afternoon, but the lounge was open with cold water bottles and coffee available. Clean restrooms. Can access after-hours with a posted code. There is a courtesy car; sign-out sheet and keys were on the counter. Self-serve fuel worked fine.

Kit Carson is always a great stop! Nice FBO, crew cars available, Dan is always great to talk to.

I decided to make this my stop going west to allow plenty of time before the Rockies. As others have reported, good facilities. Very nice to transient pistons. Yes, they left the courtesy car keys on the counter top after calling in advance. Good hotels 5 minutes away. I called in the morning and they tow you over to the SS and pump for you. I will certainly return.

Recently stopped here to transport a critical patient. The staff was very helpful and came out and fueled our aircraft. Very easy to get ahold of and are available 24/7 to come and assist. FBO looks great, has coffee, comfy chairs and all that you'd expect with a nice FBO. I'd give these guys a 10/10 and you can count on their service.
