Lowest fuel prices in the Orlando area! Remodeled inside with a great pilots lounge upstairs and yummy snacks. Whether I'm flying in my personal C172 or for work in the Citation we are always treated exceptionally!

Nice FBO. Came for one night in our SR22. Overnight and facility fee waived with fuel purchase. Close to Disney by uber. Was a pleasant trip with the family.

Emailed and called in for quick turn fuel. Had to wait on fuel truck line, which I was not advised about or they disregarded the request. Asked for assistance with luggage, ended up doing it ourselves. Saved the $50 tip! Fuel was .11c less than Signature with fuel card. Not very impressed.

We flew in for an overnight stay. Top to bottom it was a fantastic experience. Line crew incredibly helpful, genuinely enjoyable, and professional. Young ladies at the front were just as outstanding: attentive, courteous, and considerate. Turn was seamless, no surprises (facility fee waived with fuel purchase). Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Velocity FBO KISM is clearly a well-run operation, and absolutely one we will go out of our way to return to again. Highly recommended.

Not sure what is going on at Velocity, it took over an hour to get fuel. It looks like a lot of new personnel who need training. The staff was certainly nice, but I do not think they grasp the urgency of fueling up and getting airborne. I am really hoping this is just part of the growing pains.
