They don't accept AV Card at the self service pump. So if you plan to arrive after 11:00PST be sure to bring your own credit card. The callout fee ended up being $100.

Nice airport and FBO. Some of the staff are nice and willing to help, but others were not as willing to assist, treating us like a chore and not a customer.

Flew out at night. The bathrooms are open 24 hours and located on the north side of the FBO. They were recently remodeled and very clean. Fueling services are on the south side of the FBO building, and the pump operates well. The pedestrian gate is situated on the south side near the fuel pumps. 1975 M20F

Extremely rude service from the worker at the desk. Came and got fuel and then tried to get a crew car as we were stuck here while maintenance serviced a plane. We were told "when you fly a LearJet here then I'll give you a crew car" and then proceeded to be told "we don't give crew cars to student pilots" to two flight instructors. If you're not flying a LearJet consider bringing your business somewhere else.

The people working here were great to us. Staged from here for a week. No frills FBO, but good fuel prices, clean bathrooms and kind service. Thank you to the guys on the line and Vivian. Now if only you could do something about the temperature! :) See you again soon. DeX,
