Not ideal letting elderly pax out onto a cold icy ramp before clearing it with the crew first. Plus the cargo in the vehicle was waiting for a while before someone ramp side found out they needed to let the truck in. Seems a disconnect between the lobby and the ramp area.

NOTE: June 2025 - Atlantic is temporarily in a building with a green stripe a little to the west of the usual building. Ask Ground for directions. The usual location is being rebuilt following a fire.

This FBO is a wonderful gem. I contacted them before arrival and they arranged for me to have a pet friendly hotel, a rental car, and took care of all my Skyhawks needs. These people are friendly, innovative, and adaptable. Loved my time in Wilmington. Highly recommend this FBO.

Worst Atlantic FBO in the country. Extremely unaccommodating. We're renting a hangar from them, paying an exorbitant amount for an extended local job and the staff at the FBO has been the worst people to ever deal with. We travel the entire country and have never been treated this way before, especially from an Atlantic location. Will never ever do business here again.

Stopped over to hold a four hour business meeting. Staff was quite helpful. I bought about 10 gallons of fuel, but no landing, handling, or parking charges applied. Crew car was available. Excellent choice.

Fuel truck has been back in service for some time now with good response time. Thanks.
