Pulled into Atlantic at KIAH. Needed to depart quite fast. Was informed the landing fee for a King Air is $510 !! Asked them to put in the minimum fuel required to waive the fee. Waited 40 minutes for the fuel delivery. With no other aircraft on the ramp. Very disappointed with the service –

Remarkable service!! I am a private pilot that was traveling the airlines when my flight from KIAH to KOKC got canceled at 8:30 PM. This was the same day that Southwest went on strike. There was not a flight for 24 hours (if then). There was not an available hotel near or rental car to be found. I thought it is a long shot but I would contact Atlantic Aviation and see if they had a rental car there that I could get and return at KOKC. Sammy answered the phone, I told her my situation, she had one car there. She sent a shuttle to the terminal to pick me and family up. Ed the shuttle driver was waiting there by the time we could get to ground transportation. When we got to the FBO we were treated like we came in on a G5! Atlantic did not charge me any fees anything but the rental (just tip for the driver which was not asked for). Sammy gave us free waters and sent us on our way. When we got to OKC I dropped the car off at Atlantic Aviation at 4:00 AM, they were closed but called them at 5 when they opened and they said they would take care of the return for us. COULD NOT BELIEVE THE SERVICE WITH NOT FLYING IN AND BUYING FUEL OR PAYING FEES!! Thanks Sammy!
