Be prepared, the service here is the worst I have ever seen.

Never properly staffed, always a wait time or a line no matter how busy they are. Staff is not polite and most of the time rude. Truly embarrassing however fitting due to the proximity of DC.

Arrived late at night and ramp worker must have been very tired, because we got the most unclear, unprofessional, and lazy ground marshaling I have ever experienced (with 40-50 planes tail to tail on the ramp). The de-ice team seemed to show the same attitude when leaving. We almost had to refuel because of how long we waited (over 1 hour from engine start to deice completion). Also, they misplaced one of our cabin storage bins. Disorganized and lackadaisical. I would not recommend this service.

I just stopped here and didn't check fees before I flew in. Have been into Signature Dulles several times previously. Don't recall it being inexpensive but I got the same quote as the person who wrote last week's comment - $225 per night!!! I said I'm going to Atlantic and they charged me $50!!! I was there four minutes. On top of that they don't even have any snacks like most Signature locations.
