Great folks, diverted there due to some headwinds on a long cross country. Fueled promptly and took the crew car into town for a quick dinner. Approach and tower were very accomodating.

The personnel at Huntington Jet Center were wonderful. I purchased ten gallons of 100LL at a fair cost and incurred zero fees. The crew car was a pristine Ford Ranger with a two hour restriction. Jim's Spaghetti in Huntington is the spot to go.

Really nice FBO, looks recently remodeled. Friendly staff. Has vending machines and a nice crew car with a 4hr limit. Huntington is about 20 min away.

We stopped there for long xc. Unfortunately we found no accommodation and decided to pitch our tent near the airport. The airport owner located us and contacted the police. They arrived and were quite friendly. Personnel from the airport authority urged us to pack all our gear. However, they were completely kind and amiable towards us. They permitted us to rest in the FBO's snooze room. One of the staff, a younger gentleman, purchased us snacks and beverages from the vending machine! Appreciate that! Overall, very pleasant individuals there!
