Excellent service and friendly FBO. Was able to secure hanger space with late notice. Quick Fuel truck and assisted getting the aircraft inside. Was loaned the courtesy car to reach the hotel for the evening. Taylor proved very helpful.

Landed at Boone County for fuel…had a starter failure when ready to leave. The staff tucked me into the maintenance hangar, dug around in the back and located a new starter. They installed it and I was back in business. It was fantastic service, and even better conversation! It’ll be a regular stop for me from here on out! -BH

A $200 ramp fee was charged for a Citation 501 during a 10 minute stop to pick up a passenger because no fuel was required. That seems quite steep for a small uncontrolled field. I will likely avoid this location in the future if possible.

Today, we flew to KHRO Harrison, Arkansas. The Fly Arkansas FBO is always clean, the staff very friendly, and they graciously give us their courtesy car to drive around. Runway is wide and long enough for jets. Pilot lounge is great.
