Poor experience, they charged the credit card they had on file from a fuel purchase for a GPU start when we were told there wouldn't be one. Won't be returning. Initially we were informed there would be no landing fee for April 6, but after all arrangements were finalized (car, housing), they called back to state an event fee would be applied. Very disappointing.

We initially faced some challenges accessing KAGS, prompting us to divert to KHQU. To our pleasant surprise, our experience here exceeded our expectations. Eli and Sonya at the front desk were exceptional. They were not only understanding but also went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Their friendly personalities made us feel truly welcomed. We wholeheartedly give them five stars and highly recommend this location!

This FBO definitely needs an updated comment. Very friendly and clean facility. Was instantly greeted at the desk, didn't have a hard time finding a parking spot for the plane. The courtesy cars are brand new Ford Maverick trucks (very clean). Carried a short conversation with the desk attendant and was recommended some good local options to eat. Will definitely be returning!
