Flew to KHOU on 6 Dec. '25. The line guys were prompt and professional. The young lady at the car rental desk was superb. Returned the car early today with tank topped off. There was no one at the rental desk, so I put the key on the counter and was writing a note when a woman appeared and accosted me and brusquely ordered me to return the key and paperwork to the Galaxy front desk--which I had no contact with yesterday. This behavior and that attitude did not go well with me. Then the fees. $98. No.

Excellent service at the FBO. Complementary GPU for the fuel we ordered, which was very good. PJ, Valerie, Reagan, and Sydney were so helpful and took care of us quickly and efficiently. A really great FBO.

One of the last beacons of hope amongst the evil empires of Signature and Atlantic. Please dont ever sell out to the dark side. Excellent people and superb service.

Super convenient on the ramp and literally next door to customs (and Customs rocked it too BTW!) So happy with the service that we bought the staff lunch from Poppa's BBQ after we used the stretch Jeep crew car! New fav!
