Flew in yesterday in our Baron because of an appointment I had in town. Wish we could've stayed longer! Lineman was outside meeting us and was super helpful. Allowed us use of the crew car and the $10 ramp fee was waived with only 10 gallons of fuel. Definitely looking forward to coming back. Do not hesitate to stop in and see these guys!

Excellent FBO and staff. AVOID HERTZ CAR RENTAL. The worst experience ever. Rent from U-Save instead 501 525 3737

P210 fly in with a very scenic approach. Displaced runway on 31 not shown on airport diagram was a surprise especially on a short runway. Service was second to none and Enterprise rental car was waiting as promised. Highly recommend and will return.

Flew into KHOT for a quick fuel stop. Called ahead, and was promptly marshaled into a tie down, and fueled very quickly. The two gentlemen there were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stop by again sometime

This FBO has only continued to go downhill over the last 10 years after the best airport Mgr around retired. The City should spend the money to hire a great one again. The linemen exude laziness and that's only gotten worse as well. One of them scuffed up one of my boots pretty badly from not using a fueling mat last time. I hope it's the last time I have to fly into HOT. It will definitely be the last time they fuel my aircraft. It's such a shame because this could be a gem of an FBO.
