Not interested in single engine GA. The line attendant who drove us out to my aircraft for departure just stood there with his hands in his pockets while we loaded our bags in his vehicle. Therefore, no gratuity was given.

Had a wonderful experience here. Before flying in, check the website (https://hnd.aero) that addresses most queries and submit a notification that you will be arriving. The self serve fuel island (100LL) is located on the ramp near taxiway Echo. I fueled my aircraft, then taxied toward the piston tie down section just south of the fuel dispenser and simply took an available space. The tie down locations are rather tight, so wingtips are a little too near one another...I chose a spot further away. Very friendly and helpful personnel!

I also had a very positive experience here. Had to park quite far from the terminal in our PA32 since there are LOTS of GA and light jet aircraft there, but someone in a van was right there to bring us in. I ordered fuel and left. Arriving the next morning fueling was done, no drama and friendly staff throughout. I'm satisfied.

Not sure why others are experiencing issues here. I parked my Bonanza in the tie downs, the van picked me up shortly after arriving. Ordered fuel at front desk and was fueled within 40 minutes. Friendly staff. No issues. Self serve fuel island was functional and competitively priced.
