Had to divert to KHIO and without notice pulled into the FBO. Outstanding customer service and extremely nice people. A wonderful experience overall.

We were treated so kindly by Aero Air staff. It was 100F when we arrived and they had Otter Pops for us to cool down. $25 overnight fee, quite reasonable. Beautiful FBO. Departure day the kind lady gave us complimentary frozen reusable neck cooling gel wraps and chilled water. Very nice touch. They made us feel like we had a CJ4 on the ramp. We will be back in our modest C-177 Cardinal. Thank you Aero Air!

Best fuel stop and quick turn in the northwest. This is our go to for trips to Alaska.

Excellent facility. I dropped in for fuel and pickup of 2 passengers. Their Uber dropped them off in the wrong place, so the FBO ran and got them, no complaints. Turn around was rapid and courteous. Clean modern facilities. I am CAA and they honored that. Great experience, I will return.

We have flown into the FBO many times. We have always been treated with such respect. Fees have consistently been low. The staff is all great and helpful. We feel like we flew in a G650 even though it’s a T210. They literally roll out the red carpet either way. Excellent FBO!
