The gentlemen in the terminal were very friendly. Lots of aircraft based here, as evidenced by how many were out on the ramp. We landed right behind the Goodyear blimp, which we're told uses this airport often.

Arrived 10/17/2024 and stayed overnight in a single engine Lance PA-32. The linemen and FBO staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Self service fuel was available and conveniently accessed. Fuel prices were the lowest in the Jacksonville area airports. I will certainly return.

Landed 11/24/22 Thanksgiving day. Bryan Spink was the best most welcoming professional I have met in a long time. There were no ramp fees and no tie down fees provided we purchased fuel. No issue at all. We stayed four nights and were extremely happy with both the service and the treatment. KHEG will be my preferred airport when flying south to Jacksonville, Florida from this point forward. Thank you to all of the staff members. Highly recommend this facility.

Service could not have been any better. Excellent line crew, suggested superb barbecue close to field on a Thursday evening. I will certainly return.
