OK3 Air KHCR Pilot Reviews

This is the worst FBO in the United States. I'll let all the comments below speak for themselves. Interestingly, when I think of all of my interactions over the years, I cannot actually recall one instance where they were kind or welcoming. I'm a single engine guy, and they treat you accordingly. Be warned.

My experience with OK3 has cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary charges and downtime. They misdiagnosed beta ring wear on my PC12 and sent it off for unneeded replacement. They can't seem to get a qualified A&P that remembers to balance the flaps after replacing components. They miss sign offs on their work, effectively putting us in an AOG situation. They are sloppy, expensive, and unresponsive. I have taken my business elsewhere and I would advise others to do the same.

The Heber Valley Airport in Utah is considered the worst in the nation by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association for its fuel prices, service, and fees. The main issue is the lack of competition, with only one fixed-base operator, OK AIR, holding a monopoly, leading to excessive charges like high fuel costs and ramp fees.

The Heber Valley Airport in Utah is considered the worst in the nation by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association for its fuel prices, service, and fees. The primary problem is the absence of competition, as only one fixed-base operator, OK AIR, maintains a monopoly, resulting in excessive charges such as high fuel costs and ramp fees.

High prices. The highest I have ever seen.
