Stopped at Lux Air to pick up two passengers for Angel Flight West. Unfortunately, my battery decided to die when I went to start up. Lux Air went out of their way to assist. Moved my plane to a hangar to keep it cool while I worked on it, gave me the courtesy car to run the passengers to Sky Harbor and go pick up a new battery at Spruce, and even loaned me some tools. No charges and everyone there were extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good about them. Highly recommended.

Very good stop here today. Quick turn and very helpful and friendly. This was my second time visiting on cross-country flights and I will return.

Diverted due to weather. The young lady at the front desk was great, but she mentioned that courtesy cars are reserved for employees, so I suppose that's a perk if you work at this FBO.

The American Bonanza Society arranged for this FBO to host a BPPP event and they were amazing. The line personnel were super helpful and attentive, giving us rides on the golf cart to the FBO building. They were able to fuel our airplane on short notice and everyone was very friendly. They treated my Baron like the Gulfstreams and Phenoms that also go there. I will certainly return.

Was very pleased with LUX during my two day stay. Very attentive staff. Very busy airport with the United Airlines flight academy and their extensive fleet of Cirrus aircraft.
