Self serve works just fine now. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back.

As of 2230 EDT, the display screen of the self-serve pump would only work if you shone a flashlight directly onto it.

Bill was over the top helpful in providing a very nice courtesy car (they have 6!!) free of charge. Don't go anywhere else. This is the FBO you've been looking for.

Great staff and service. The passenger's rental car (Enterprise) was in position upon engine shutdown. Line service promptly assisted with their baggage. Finally, Bill insisted we take a crew car (1 of 6 available) versus our ride share service. Excellent FBO on all accounts.

My wife and I went in to Donaldson for a few days which we gave done multiple times before while visiting my sister. Excellent service and met the owner Bill Freeman who could not have been nicer.

We stopped in to Greenville SC while diverting for a storm in early January on a cross country trip. We called ahead looking for an FBO with overnight hangar availability due to the storm and freezing weather. Avserve got us in to their hangar over night. Cost $55 dollars, but they gave us a crew car overnight (appeared they have 2 or 3 cars). The facility was nice, good pilot lounge, staff was helpful, the line guys were careful. Easy field to get in and out of.
